Why is eating cooked vegetables so important? Vegetables are the safest (low in toxic chemicals and metals) and most nutrient dense food we have available to us today. Because we cook them they are very easy on digestion so they will slowly rebuild the intestinal tract and get rid of leaky gut syndrome, a common problem today.
